Carolyn Seeganna, ANP
Carolyn Seeganna was born and raised in Blue Hill, a small fishing village on the coast of Maine. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Wheaton College in Massachusetts in 1992 and her Masters of Science with honors from the University of Southern Maine College of Nursing. Carolyn is board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health nursing and is licensed in the State of Alaska as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. In 1999, Carolyn moved to Nome, Alaska where she provided psychiatric services throughout the Norton Sound region. In 2002, she moved to Anchorage where she served for the next six years with the Psychiatric Emergency Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center. She also worked part-time for Anchorage Community Mental Health Services and currently provides consultation services for the Providence Crisis Recovery Center and Alaska Psychiatric Institute. Carolyn specializes in acute crisis management, medication evaluation & treatment and solution-focused therapies.
