IMPORTANT UPDATE AS OF May 4th, 2020

In an effort to help mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are asking  that patients and staff alike, follow the advice of the Alaska Department of Health and Social Service(AlaskaDHSS) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC.GOV). WILLOW MEDICAL & WELLNESS IS CURRENTLY ONLY OFFERING APPOINTMENTS VIA TELEMEDICINE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO RE-ASSESS THIS POLICY AS MORE INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE. ALL OF OUR PROVIDERS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO CONTINUE YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS USING TELEMEDICINE, INCLUDING NEW PATIENTS, UNLESS RESCHEDULING IS DEEMED APPROPRIATE.  
 
Telephonic appointments can be arranged UNDER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES such as with Medicare patients or individuals that do not have access to telemed technology. Please call us with questions about your appointments if you have not already received a call from our office. We encourage you to keep your appointments via Telemed as your mental health is an absolute priority to us, especially during this pandemic.
 
The True North TMS team has resumed TMS treatments as of May 4th, 2020 with strict safety protocols in place. Dr. Telford is also available to be seen via telemedicine when appropriate.

In an effort to help mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus Pandemic, we are asking that patients and staff, follow the advice of the Department of Health and Center for Disease Control.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, muscle aches, headache, shaking chills, new loss of taste or smell, OR have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual, call your Primary care provider for COVID testing referral.

If you have just travelled withing the last 14 days, please follow state guidelines to self-quaratine for 14 days.

Please remember to:

*Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

*Use hand sanitizers of 60% or greater alcohol content as an alternative option.

*Avoid handshakes and practice social distancing (6 feet).

*Cover your coughs and sneezes, with a tissue or use your elbow/sleeve, not your hands.

*Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

*Practice routine cleaning of highly touched surfaces.

* Wear a facial mask to help protect others

*CDC now recommends social distancing for dogs and keeping cats indoors.

Stay calm, be kind, and take precautions to stay healthy. Collectively, we will do our best to keep eachother safe and we will get through this together.
